Available Dogs MOLLY (18-034) and SAM (18-035)
MOLLY (18-034) and SAM (18-035) are 8-year-old bonded siblings who are being adopted together. They are very sweet and love every person they meet. Visitors are always greeted with an exuberant tail wag and an offer to share their favorite stuffed toy. Sam is a bit taller and is a lighter color than his sister. Each dog weighs about 70 pounds. They were both shaved for the summer, which is not recommended for Goldens, and their coat is beginning to grow back. Both have mild arthritis and Molly is currently on antibiotics for Lyme disease. There are no mobility problems and they are fine with stairs. Sam and Molly are polite on a leash and have excellent house manners. They enjoy car rides, walks and any activity that involves their people. They can be fussy with other dogs and will chase a cat so it is best for them to be in a home without other pets. Since they enjoy exploring outdoors, a fenced yard is preferred. Any children in the home should be old enough (over 14 years old) to understand the need for gentle play because of their arthritis. These two siblings are such happy souls and are ready to settle into a special forever home. Their new family will be continually rewarded with an outpouring of unconditional love from these sweethearts.
