Forever Friends Registration 

To add a beloved pet to the Forever Friends page, please submit a description not to exceed 150 words and a picture along with a minimum donation of $50.  We will keep the pet's tribute online for two years. (At the end of that period you may re-register the pet for an additional two years.)   Not only will your donation honor a special Forever Friend, but it will also help our Golden Retrievers in need of special care on their way to their forever homes.

Your tribute should be sent to ForeverFriends@grreat.org.  Please include the pet’s name and your surname in the subject line of the email.  If your Forever Friend is a GRREAT dog, please include his/her GRREAT id number. Your description may be sent in the body of the email or as an attachment.  The picture should be attached to the e-mail (but not embedded within a document).  (Pictures should be at least 300x300 pixels at 72dpi resolution.)  If you need more information or have questions, please send them to us at ForeverFriends@grreat.org.

You may make your donation online with a credit card or by mail with a check.
